CSU ASID Freshman Class Representative

Hello, my name is Saoirse Mullins, and I am the Freshman Representative for the ASID chapter at CSU. I am a first-year Interior Architecture and Design student, originally from San Jose, California.

I chose CSU because of its highly accredited program and the strong reputation of its Interior Architecture and Design major. I also love spending time outdoors and staying active, which makes CSU is the perfect place for me.

 I am also pursuing a minor in Construction Management to understand the full building process. My goal is to have the three tiers of interior design, architecture, and construction management to build a successful future in the industry.

I am excited to use my position as Freshman Representative to help peers new to the major, like myself, make connections and become more involved. I understand that coming to college can feel daunting, and I hope to help others feel welcomed and supported while showing them that there are many people in this major who are willing to help and be a guiding force.
